Interpretation of and comment on other expert reports

Although the experts employed in a case will have used exactly the same physical evidence as a basis for their reports, the approach and emphasis in their analyses may be quite different.

The content of other expert reports may need clarifying. The accuracy, limitations and validity of the arguments and calculations contained in other expert reports need to be assessed and commented upon accordingly.
